Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective October 21, 2026

Registering for an Upwellers workshop should feel low-risk. Here's what happens if your plans change, by program.

Single Session ($38)

Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your session. Inside 48 hours, no refund, but email kurt@upwellers.com and Kurt will do his best to move you to another date if one's open.

Eight-Week Cycle ($240)

Full refund if you cancel before your first session. After that, no cash refunds — any unused weeks convert to credit toward a future cycle or single sessions. Email kurt@upwellers.com to work out the details.

One Year ($1,200)

Full refund within the first 14 days. After that, no cash refunds — the unused portion of your year (calculated monthly) converts to credit toward a future year, cycle, or single sessions. Credit is good for 12 months from the date it's issued.

If Upwellers cancels a session or cycle

If a session or cycle is cancelled on our end — low enrollment, a scheduling conflict, or anything else — you get a full cash refund or credit, your choice.

How to request a refund or credit

Email kurt@upwellers.com with your name and which session or program you registered for. Cash refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually show up within 5-10 business days.
